The KPFF San Diego office is looking to hire a remote, full-time structural engineer that is based in, or willing to relocate to the Austin, TX area. This person will work closely with a team of engineers, but will be expected to work independently from home, and periodically meet in-person and at job sites. As a valued employee, you will be fully supported by our office, and can expect to work in-person (with flexibility) within the year.

The preferred candidate will have the following qualities:

• 4 years of experience in structural engineering required
• PE and MS/MEng engineering degrees preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Creative, proactive, and detail-oriented individual
• Outgoing individuals who thrive when working directly with architects, contractors and other engineers
• Project Management Experience a plus
