• An academic degree in nursing requires a bachelor's or master's degree; a Master's degree in Nursing or related field is required (Health Administration, Business, Public Health, or Management).
• Current CA RN License.
• 2 years of progressive management experience in a hospital environment preferably at the director level.
• Knowledgeable about State and Federal healthcare regulations pertaining to nursing care.
• Have competency in various areas of human resources, such as labor relations and equal employment opportunity policies.
