The Role:
In this role, you will:
Manage and develop oneor more specialized customer service and operations functional teams withinOperations area with complex and risk in functional area
Develop strategies toimprove staffing processes, ensure specialized functions meet regulatoryguidelines in support of risk management and compliance
Engage stakeholders andinternal partners associated within the Operations area
Work independently onmoderately complex issues and projects
Identify opportunitiesfor process improvement and risk control development and escalates issues tomore experienced management
Provide training,performance, evaluation and coaching of less experienced team
Make decisions andresolve issues regarding resources, objectives and operations of functionalarea and team to meet business objectives
Interpret and developpolicies and procedures for operation functions with low to moderate complexitywithin scope of responsibility
Provide responsibilityfor budget and financial performance
Collaborate andinfluence all levels of professionals including more experienced managers
Lead team to achieveobjectives
Manage allocation ofpeople and financial resources for Operations
Requirements
2 years of leadershipexperience
Desired Qualifications:
5 years of experiencein the Financial Services industry
5 years of experiencein Asset Based Lending (ABL)
Ability to interact withall levels of an organization, including management
Excellent verbal,written, and interpersonal communication skills
Advanced MicrosoftOffice skills
Leadership skillsincluding coaching, training, and mentoring
Process efficiencyexperience, including process assessment and recommendations for improvement
Ability to motivatestaff to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressurein a dynamic and complex environment
Strong organizational,multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
Understanding of ABLdocuments and principles
