Assistant Project Manager (Residential Construction)
Position Summary:
KP Contracting, LLC is looking for an Assistant Project Manager who is fueled by ambition and wants to be part of a work environment that is built on dedication to success. As our project manager, you'll play a crucial role in delivering results while upholding and enhancing our positive workplace. You'll work with a team of talented individuals who are all committed to excellence and driven to massive success.
The project manager will be responsible for coordinating multiple crews that build luxury outdoor living projects such as decks, paver patios, hardscapes, outdoor kitchens, plunge pools, water features, and other landscaping features in Charles, North St. Marys, and PG Counties. This entails ensuring that the correct materials are on hand for each crew, scheduling the work, coordinating crew assignments, quality control, coordinating all efforts with the customer, and ensuring that each project is completed on time and within budget.
The successful candidate will be able to manage multiple crews simultaneously, effectively communicate with clients, and reliably complete projects to the company's high standards.
