We are currently seeking an experienced Online Account Manager to join our team. As the Online Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing our company's accounts on major sales platforms, including but not limited to Amazon, Walmart, Wayfair, eBay, Overstock, Houzz, and Zillow. Since our company primarily deals with building materials, we prefer candidates with civil engineering or building materials-related experience, who are familiar with and have a successful sales track record on at least two of these platforms.

In addition to experience with sales platforms, we also expect candidates to have knowledge of working with major shipping carriers such as VPS, USPS, and FedEx. Given that our products are large-sized, you will need to understand the workings of shipping platforms and effectively negotiate with them for optimal shipping rates and services.

Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to maintaining the day-to-day operations of online accounts, handling email and phone communications, engaging with customers, and ensuring timely processing and delivery of orders.
