Speech Language Pathologist
PRN
- Evaluates patients to obtain and interpret data necessary for treatment planning and implementation.
- Develops treatment plans, directs, supervises, and treats patients in accordance with treatment plan using treatment modalities according to manufacturer's instruction in a competent manner.
- Consults and communicates with patient, family and other multi-disciplinary team members and service providers.
- Completes required documentation on patients and maintains other department records in accordance with departmental and health center policies and procedures.
- Assists multi-disciplinary team with discharge planning and establishment of home therapy programs.
