JobResponsibilities :

• Plan and execute alldigital marketing including SEO / SEM marketing database email socialmedia and display advertising campaigns
• Designbuild and maintain our social mediapresence
• Measure and report performance of alldigital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI andKPIs)
• Identify trends and insights and optimizespend and performance based on theinsights
• Brainstorm new and creative growthstrategies
• Plan execute and measure experimentsand conversion tests
• Collaborate with internalteams to create landing pages and optimize userexperience
• Utilize strong analytical ability toevaluate endtoend customer experience across multiple channels andcustomer touch points
• Instrument conversionpoints and optimize user funnels
• Evaluate emerging technologies.Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption whereappropriate

JobSkills :

• BS / MS degree in marketing or arelated field
• Proven working experience indigital marketing
• Demonstrable experienceleading and managing SEO / SEM marketing database email social mediaand / or display advertising campaigns
• Highlycreative with experience in identifying target audiences anddevising digital campaigns that engage inform andmotivate
• Experience in optimizing landing pagesand user funnels
• Experience with A / B andmultivariate experiments
• Solid knowledge ofwebsite analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics NetInsight OmnitureWebTrends)
• Working knowledge of ad servingtools (e.g. DART Atlas)
• Experience in settingup and optimizing Google Adwordscampaigns
