The Production Tech will execute a variety of manufacturing tasks under the direction and supervision of the head chef. The shift is Monday - Thursday, from 6:00am-4:00pm. The Production Tech will be responsible for assisting in operations of assembling and breaking down equipment, monitoring and maintaining cleanliness, as well as maintaining compliancy with products.
