Job Summary

The Production Chef will execute a variety of manufacturing tasks under the direction and supervision of the head chef. The shift is Monday - Thursday, from 6:00am-4:00pm. The Production Tech will be responsible for assisting in operations of assembling and breaking down equipment, monitoring and maintaining cleanliness, as well as maintaining compliancy with products.

Responsibilities and Duties

Assist in preparation of daily edible production
Ensure recipes are followed precisely to achieve consistency in product
Flexible with duties and able to adjust priorities in accordance with production and shipping schedules, as well as inventory levels
General cleaning associated with food production
Assemble machinery and prepare materials for edible production
Pour, sugar, and package product
Prep packaged product for pickup

Requirements

Must be 21 years old
Must live within 45 miles of facility
Reliable transportation
No scheduling conflicts
Must be able to sit and stand for long periods of time
Must be able to bend down, pivot, and lift at least 50 pounds
Slip-resistant shoes are REQUIRED to meet safety regulations
