Responsibilities:

• Build out operational strategy from a financial perspective; oversee P&L, organizational development, and roadmap.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to execute key projects and initiatives.
• Build high-performing teams, establish KPIs to drive efficiencies, and support financial goals of the company.

Qualifications:

• Investment Banking foundation (2 years)
• Start-up experience (ideally from Seed/A Series to C-D-E Series)
• Private Equity / portco experience
• Work at a high level, willing be in the weeds as necessary
• Willing to travel up to 50%
• 8 years’ experience

Salary Range: $155-$185k bonus
