KORE is Hiring a Credit Analyst Near Canada, KY

KORE is looking for a Critical Analyst! 
What will you do?  
In this critical position, your responsibilities include partnering with your Leader on delivering an effective credit risk
strategy, aligned with understanding Collections, to deliver to the customers KORE wants to do business with to ensure
revenue growth.
You have a customer service excellence mindset and work to ensure you deliver effectively to credit risk
metrics, comply and help others to comply with Policies, Processes and Practices for the greater good.
Core responsibilities
  • Support the company's global credit granting activities and reporting, by assisting your leader in ensuring credit policies and standards are followed and improved, including the adjudication of new credit applications and the efficient use of Credit bureau reporting including country risk assessments.
  • Using established account monitoring systems and tools to evaluate a customer’s financial position, including analyzing their financial statements, ensure any material changes in customer’s financial position are identified and actioned appropriately to minimize bad debt risk.
  • Assist your leader in recommending policy and procedural changes and then once approved, create, and implement the change plans with your key stakeholders.
  • Support training and engagement with your leader to ensure policies are understood and provide feedback on issues for review.
  • Complete financial credit analysis in a timely fashion and prepare effective credit reports and documentation to support credit decisions, including participating and presenting with your leader, monthly credit review with all levels of stakeholders to identify risk mitigation strategies.
  • Provide effective governance over the customer master set-up, supporting timely cash collections
  • Assist in partnering with Sales and other stakeholders to effectively deliver on our credit approval cycle times/SLA and with that become a credible business partner to key stakeholders.
  • Assist on process improvement initiatives to minimize errors and rework in the Offer to Cash process, including helping with research on credit strategies to improve the credit risk functions, including assisting in research on automation for credit approval processes.
  • Learn from your Manager to back them up and grow your career in Credit.
  • Participate and/or assist your Leader in projects and initiatives that will support the mandate of the credit risk function.
  • Prepare monthly reporting to support order to cash KPI’s
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND DEMONSTRATED EXPERIENCE:
  • Completion or enrolment in CCP
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or finance an asset
  • Minimum 5 years of in Credit in a global environment, preferably in software services/high tech environment
  • Intermediate MS Excel skills
  • NetSuite and SFDC experience an asset
  • Working understanding of the Sales function in a tech environment
SKILLS and COMPETENCIES
  • Demonstrated ability to explain and engage in changes in credit risk policies, processes and practice.
  • Strong Customer Service mindset
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work
  • Good understanding and interpretation of credit bureau reporting
  • Very strong analytical skills
  • Strong ability to write business reports and presentations required to assist in credit risk reviews
