Pay: $14 - $17/hour

  • Great shift differential (2nd shift: $1.25/hour / 3rd shift and weekend shifts: $1.75/hour)

Hours:

Monday - Friday

1st Shift (6am - 2pm)

2nd Shift (2pm - 10pm)

3rd Shift (10pm - 6am)

Job Summary:

Our Manufacturing Associate handle variety of tasks, assisting Machine Operators material needed for tasks, and inspecting product after operator completes duties to ensure quality then pack finished goods to ensure order accuracy and satisfaction for customer expectations.

Our Manufacturing Printers are Customer Obsessed and strive to exceed customer expectations with every order. our Printers support manufacturing processes by completing the following tasks: reviewing the manufacturing order to ensure machine set up is complete for correct placement and color set-up for the brand, inspecting parts and materials prior to use, implementing the best practices in manufacturing processes, maintaining organization of orders and area, completing production reporting and daily paperwork including quantity, quality, downtime, scrap and related information, attention to details, time management, effective communication, and computer competencies.

Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently operate semi-automated printing machines, inspect product to ensure quality then pack finished goods to ensure order accuracy and meet customer expectations.
  • Measures, centers, aligns and positions screens for proper operation
  • Examines product for ink smears, position of design, print clarity, color accuracy or other defects and adjusts equipment accordingly
  • Ensures that the proper supplies are being used for printing
  • Must be able to read, understand and follow Manufacturing Orders to make sure orders are printed according to specifications (quality, accuracy and layout)
  • May package product for shipping, making sure proper box size and packing procedures are followed and ensuring that only products meeting quality standards are packed to ship to our customers
  • Changes tooling to accommodate the product to be printed
  • Monitors pre-treatment process for proper adhesion
  • Monitors automatic feeding systems for maximum output
  • Completes reporting and necessary daily paperwork as instructed, including production log of quantity produced, scrap and related information
  • Performs preventive maintenance duties, such as daily cleaning and lubricating.
  • Maintains a clean and neat work area
  • Actively participates in and supports teamwork and continuous process improvement.
  • Demonstrates flexibility and commitment through cross training and helping other departments consistent with business needs.
  • Performs duties safely and in accordance with company safety policies.
  • Performs other duties as assigned or requested by supervisor/management.
  • Other duties as needed

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • At least 18 years of age or older
  • Must successfully complete a background screening and drug screening.
  • Any prior experience within manufacturing is a plus! - We train and are looking for career-driven individuals.
  • Ability to lift 25lbs or more.
  • Must be willing to stand up to 8-10 hours.
