Responsible for evaluating/assessing the needs of referred patients and formulating treatment plans.
Provides therapy services defined in treatment plans
Work cooperatively with medical staff, case managers, social work and adjusters
May supervise physical therapy assistants and aides
Performs a variety of tasks
A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required
Reports to a manager
Performs other related duties as assigned
Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the field
Regular and predictable attendance is an essential job function
Competent to meet age specific needs of the unit assigned
Full Time - Day Shift - M-F - 80 Hours per pay period

Requirements and Minimum Qualifications
Graduate of a nationally accredited school of physical therapy required
Current Idaho Physical Therapy License required prior to start date
Working Conditions
Must be able to lift and move up to 50 lbs
Must be able to maintain a standing and/or sitting position
Typical equipment used in a clinical job
