Essential Job Duties

Essential Functions

• Responds and notifies Dealers and/or internal staff by telephone or e-mail to provide answers to questions, including but not limited to:
• Contact all Dealers on Charge list for production holds, ship holds, past dues.
• Input detailed notes on all contact made on Dealer account in Shutter System.
• Process payments as needed and provide information on rebates, credits, overpayment, and Buck Credits.
• Provide invoices for customers as requested and handle calls from Dealers/internal staff.
• Extend due dates on invoices, research accounts, send demand letters via emails.
• Apply wire, checks, handle tax issues with invoices, and send customers to collections.
• Lower payment terms.
• Full Understanding of the below Systems:
• Shutter System: Sales Support Process, Payment Auto Apply, Query, CRD, Memo Process, Print Invoice.
• Company Website: Online Bill Pay, View and Apply Credits, Rewards, Track Order, Customer Website Access, Online Statement, Invoices, Payment History, RGA Confirmation.
• FPG: Refund Request Only.
• Accountmate: Aging report, Invoices for debit/credit memo.
• Have understanding of:
• Account Terms, level 99 and account settings, organization and departments, collection process, credit approval process.
• Provide biweekly updates on all accounts over 30 days to AR Lead/Supervisor using Past Due report sent every Sunday.
