Responsibilities

Maintain and repair MFPS and resolve customer complex printing issues, mentoring team members.
Maintain effective relationships with his/her customers and sales
On-site service of MFPs, parts management, time and call management, learning new technologies, accurate record keeping, lead product advocate meetings
Lead referrals, assists with customer assessments and solution design
Uses fleet reporting to influence and improve territory parts budget and inventory control
Install and troubleshooting of complex printing and scanning solutions.
Microsoft OS and MAC OS peer to peer and client side of server environments.
Knowledgeable with printing from common business apps and graphics programs.
On occasion SOW creation and follow through
Mentors the team and shares knowledge both formally and informally

Qualifications

4 years of experience related to technical/repair of business equipment / electronic equipment.
Some knowledge of print industry is preferred.
Very thorough knowledge on networking.
Knowledge of color theory, calibration, and RIP configurations 30% based on technical expertise.
