Oven / Lam Operator needed at our Longview Texas Manufacturing Facility. We offer competitive pay and benefits.

• Work safe and be an advocate for safety
• Able to follow instructions and repeat basic procedures of the position
• Clean and maintains equipment, tooling and area
• Has basic blue - print reading skills
• Able to perform basic setup and operation of the VPI and oven equipment with little or no supervision
• Assignments are routine in nature with close supervision and work primarily involves assisting more experienced employees.

• Minimum of 2 years experience or equivalent knowledge of the oven operator duties required.
• Has exposure to principles of 6S.
• Have a basic understanding of the VPI equipment, bake out oven and a basic knowledge of the structures processed in this area.
• Must have good verbal and written communication skills and be proficient with data entry.
• Must successfully pass background check, pre-employment physical and drug/alcohol testing
• Must be able to work overtime, and weekends as required
• Ability to work independently and with an excellent attention to detail
