Description
Overview: A Kolter Hospitality Restaurant Supervisor delivers service excellence to our guests by providing a courteous, professional, and efficient experience. This position is responsible for overseeing restaurant, room service and lobby bar operation.
Performance Expectations:

1. Supervise food and beverage operations during assigned shift.
2. Inspect the outlets daily for sanitation and cleanliness.
3. Have a thorough knowledge of menus and applicable specials.
4. Perform opening and closing procedures with service staff.
5. Follow proper procedure regarding cash handling, following cash bank reconciliation and end of shift drop.
6. Ensure supplies are stocked.
7. Submit requests for purchasing items in timely fashion.
8. Check side work of staff.
9. Assist with staff scheduling.
10. Know and comply with state food handling and liquor laws.
11. Engage guests in a cordial, efficient and professional manner.
12. Report any items in need of repair.
13. Follow all safety procedures while working.

Qualifications
General Requirements:
Able to work most weekends and holidays.
Report to work on time and in proper uniform.
Knowledge and/or ability to operate a computer.
Experience: Previous food and beverage experience. Experience overseeing/directing a team a plus.
Education: None
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand/walk for up to 8 hours.
Occasional lifting, pushing and pulling
