Trucking Company is looking for an experienced ,dispatcher to grow and expand our business. This is a Full Time Position as we grow.We are looking for a operations experience in trucking& transportation industry. While positioning the company for growth. Individual must have good leadership skills, management skills, and problem solving skills. We are a small family owned company with sixteen trucks and are looking for someone.Who can handle dispatch located in Charlotte, North Carolina focused on hauling freight on RGN and Step Deck trailers.There will be a base pay for Operations .There will be goals that have to be met.

Qualified candidates must have a minimum of 2 years direct experience working in transportation of Flat bed and Heavy Haul Experience or related industry.You must have Experience in Over Dimensional as a Oversize Permitting. Previous experience with Military and Government freight desired. Strong communication skills needed to negotiate rates and complete broker contracts. Company is seeking candidates with good command of MS Office, including Word and Excel and QuallComm
Equipment will be provided i.e. laptop, phone and printer.
