Our teachers create their own schedules with daily and long-term opportunities at over 75 K-12 schools throughout Chicago.

Requirements:
- Strong belief that every child has a unique & powerful gift to share with the world
- 6 months experience working with youth
- Associate's Degree or Bachelor's degree (or higher)
- Associate's Degree or 60 credits accepted for paraprofessional and assistant teacher roles
- Willingness to acquire IL Substitute Teacher License, Professional Educator's License, or Paraprofessional License
- LIMITED PROMOTION: Full reimbursement for IL Substitute Teaching License or Paraprofessional License after completion of 10 days in the classroom for new applicants! (License is good for 5 years)
- Fully Covid-19 vaccinated, or willing to complete weekly testing
- Ability to pass a State & FBI background check
- Please note: there is an out-of-pocket cost to meet this requirement
