Job Description

Role and Responsibilities

This job requires you to manage and handle all staff in the bakery department. Keeping Elizabeth up to date on all things going on in the bakery department.

Some job you are responsible for-

• Making sure we have enough and quality product in cases at all time
• Overseeing of all areas in bakery department. Including farmers market and bakery counter/fudge counter.
• Handling all staff in department.
• Keeping up to date on all products and orders. (suchas- milk, eggs, bakery boxes, fork,….)
• Keeping records for each day.
• Getting ready for farmer’s market.
• Opening the kitchen
• Required to do all task in the bakery department. Including dishes and cleaning the bathroom.
• You must be a good team manager.
• You must work together with the bakery counter manager and farmers market manager.
