Koki Holdings America Ltd. is Hiring an Assistant Inventory Control Manager Near Braselton, GA

Job Summary

The Assistant Inventory Control Manager will be responsible for directing all tasks related to Inventory Management functions that ensure that operational processes are followed and have strong foundation under the supervision of the Inventory Control Manager.

Responsibilities

· Ensure product stock is adequate for all distribution channels and can cover direct demand from customers.

· Implements inventory tools and systems for tracking, analysis, auditing, and reporting.

· Studies records and recommends remedial actions for reported non usable, slow moving, and excess stock.

· Advises associates on care and preservation of items received, stored and shipped; methods and use of equipment in handling, storing, maintaining and shipping stock, and related problems.

· Traces history of items to determine reasons for discrepancies between inventory and stock control records and takes remedial actions to resolve discrepancies.

· Coordinate and own all stock take processes with our 3pl Ceva Logistics.

· Assist with Logistics reporting and provide status updates to management.

· Assist with inquiries or compliance issues related to shipping or transportation matters.

· Perform a variety of administrative tasks to support the Operations Planning and Analysis Manager and department as required.

· Further develop and maintain department related SOPs and Work Instructions.

· Assist with scheduling and organization for warehouse related projects.

· Working in conformity with laws, regulations, and policies.

· Assist with resolving delivery inconsistencies, delay and all shipping-related issues that may arise in the company.

· Conform to all Koki Holdings policies and procedures.

· Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Skills

· Ability to handle multiple projects and work independently.

· Excellent problem solving, and organizational skills

· Ability to listen and probe to understand underlying needs and/or root cause of an issue.

· Comfortable and competent in Excel

Education and Experience Requirement

· High school diploma with training and experience in an administrative role.

· Bachelor’s degree is preferred

· 2 years of shipping experience or working in logistics, warehouse, or transportation operations

· Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook).

· Comfortable and competent in Excel

Working Environment

The work environment may/will require lifting items weighing up to 25 pounds, standing in one place for periods of time, and moving about the facility. The position requires occasional late evening or early morning meetings, as well weekends. This position will require sitting for long periods of time, walking, standing, bending, and walking, as well as using fine motor skills, such as finger dexterity for typing. This position could be exposed to loud noises, frequent phone conversations, and requires average to above average visual acuity and hearing. Most of this job will be spent indoors.
