Part-Time Hostess Needed at Koishi sushi restaurant in Cotswold area (about 5 minutes from SouthPark mall, about 20 minutes from UNCC)

We are looking for hostess at this location.

No experiences is needed but able to work as a team. If you have past experience in the sushi restaurant, that is a plus, but it is not require, as long as you are willing to learn.

Duties:
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the establishment
- Provide excellent guest relations and assist with any inquiries or requests
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system, specifically Aloha POS, to process guest orders and payments
- Maintain accurate cash handling procedures and ensure proper reconciliation at the end of each shift
- Answer phone calls and take reservations or provide information about the establishment
- Maintain a clean and organized host/cashier station
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in guest services or hospitality is preferred
- Excellent communication skills and phone etiquette
- Ability to multitask and handle high-pressure situations with a calm demeanor
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in cash handling
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
