Role Overview: Controller

We are pleased to announce an opening for a Controller within our firm. We are in search of a strategic thinker, someone who transcends traditional financial management to provide insights that will fuel our expansion. Your role will be dynamic, involving everything from hands-on management of Quickbooks Online for a multitude of financial tasks to the strategic oversight of our financial health. You'll be the maestro, orchestrating our financial operations and shaping our financial future.

Key Responsibilities:

To inhabit a leadership role in our operations department, fostering a culture of accuracy and efficiency.

Masterfully manage Quickbooks Online, ensuring seamless accounting and financial operations.

Craft and oversee the firm’s budget, with an eye towards future growth, providing insightful reports and forecasts.

Analyze financial trends, advising on strategies to ensure profitability and sustainability.

Ensure meticulous compliance with tax regulations and deadlines.

Develop and maintain robust financial policies and procedures, setting the standard for excellence.

Oversee our Accounts Receivable and billing systems, ensuring precision and reliability.

Uphold the integrity of our accounting practices, ensuring compliance with all relevant principles and regulations.

Manage and reconcile the general ledger, ensuring a clear and accurate financial picture.

Manage all day-to-day bookkeeping duties.

Who You Are:

You have at least 5 years of experience in a finance management or Controller role, with a proven track record of success.

Your proficiency in Quickbooks Online is unparalleled.

You possess a deep understanding of accounting principles and financial management.

Your leadership and communication skills are exemplary, capable of inspiring teams and driving growth.

You hold a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
