Opportunity

Manage the basiccall flow of incoming internal and external guest calls for Destination Kohler. Provide administrativesupport for various resort departments as needed in a resourcefulmanner.

Specific Responsibilities

GuestServices

• Answer all incoming calls to Destination Kohler and transfer to appropriate recipients promptly and efficiently while meeting Forbes Travel Guide Five Star expectations.
• Receive wake up call requests from resort guests and record for execution of Front Desks.
• Maintain a working knowledge of general resort information.
• Promptly assist guests with various questions via webchat from the Destination Kohler resort website through NAVIS.
• Post the resort’s daily Today letter on Destination Kohler website for guest links.
• Prepare and mail information packets for various guest requests.
• Mail confirmation hard copies as requested by guests through Central Reservations.
• Print report and prepare greeting cards for guest amenity program.

Miscellaneous Responsibilities

• Log and distribute comment cards for DK accordingly.
• Operate office equipment such as fax machine, copier and or phone systems.
• Process name tags requests according to submissions sent to shared “Hospitality Switchboard” email box. Interoffice mail in outgoing mailbox.
• Monitor inventory of office supplies and communicate replenishments accordingly to ordering Switchboard Operator II.
• Update and file daily departmental information consistently, both hard copy and electronic formats.
• Complete any delegated tasks given by Coordinators or Managers in Reservations and Revenue department.
• Review SMS guest tiles, identify duplicates and notify Reservation Coordinators.
  Participate in monthly incentive program through position performance expectations.

This is a full-time opportunity. Shifts will primarily be 6am-2:30pm but must have availability to work an occasional mid-shift as well. Weekends are required.
