Kohler Co. is Hiring a Sales Executive, Ferguson Near Kohler, WI

Location: Remote at Kohler, WI

Opportunity

Responsible for supporting the Ferguson National Account team in executing the strategic plan to achieve sales and profit objectives. This associate is responsible for developing strong relationships with internal and external partners, analyzing, and recommending sales opportunities, supporting key growth driving initiatives and establishing process improvements for the business.

Work closely with all Kohler cross functional teams driving desired results for the organization. Demonstrates a strong driven, analytic skillset and product knowledge allowing the individual to be considered for advanced sales opportunities.

Specific Responsibilities

  • Support the National Account Team with key analytics, process improvements and executing strategic plans to meet or exceed sales and profitability objectives for the Ferguson account.
  • Develop and leverage a comprehensive understanding of market dynamics in each category within brick and mortar and online channels (product, pricing, competitive, promotional, placement, etc) to inform business decisions.
  • Build internal relationships across multiple functions within sales, pricing, category strategy, customer service, marketing, and supply chain.
  • Use POS analysis to identify and communicate actionable insights within all segments of the Ferguson account.
  • Leverage Salesforce to manage and track pipeline opportunities, optimize dashboards, and track execution across sales initiatives to drive increased business through Showroom, Residential Trade and Commercial customer groups.
  • Evaluate trends and promotional activity to provide rationale and recommend action steps to accelerate growth.
  • Partner with Build.com, and Kohler’s internal digital team, to track data points including share of wallet shifts, POS, vitality, promo performance, and IMAP impact.
  • Drive vitality improvements by identifying product and channel gaps and working with the account team on opportunities/action items to increase performance.
  • Track the Ferguson exclusive product portfolio to ensure sales and forecast targets are being met.
  • Connectivity with the S&OP Demand Planning and FEI Supply Team.
  • Support the Sales team with new product onboarding, price change files, product data maintenance and discontinuation process.
