Opportunity
This key role is within our Kitchen & Bath Marketing organization, reporting to the Director of Retail Marketing, and will be responsible to develop & execute our Retail Channel Marketing ‘Go-To-Market’ Strategy across our retail partners such as: Home Depot, Lowe’s, Costco, and Menards. The Marketing Manager - Retail will directly lead a team of Channel Managers, to create a holistic ‘Go-to-Market’ approach for Retail Exclusive Products that will elevate & differentiate the KOHLER brand to drive Retail Channel Sales and elevated KOHLER brand experience.
The Marketing Manager – Retail is responsible for developing and implementing the long and short-term category specific Integrated Marketing Launch Plans, Merchandising, and Marketing Promotions for Retail Exclusive Products with key internal partnership of Retail Sales, Product Category Management, Brand, and Communication leadership teams to increase market share of KOHLER & Sterling products across all categories with Retail Partners.This role will work directly with the Category Management & Retail Sales leadership teams to drive market share, profitability and revenue goals ensuring a cohesive brand strategy throughout the retail space.Additionally, they forge effective relationships internally and externally with Retail Merchants & Marketing leaders to ensure accountability and success in marketing strategy within established timeframes and budgetary constraints.
