Marketing Coordinator, eCommerce

Opportunity

As a key member of the Canadian eCommerce business, the Marketing Coordinator – Syndication Canada will be responsible for elevating Kohler’s brand presence on the Home Depot Canada platform. You will have knowledge of the online marketplace, including eCommerce tools, technology, and platforms. You will work closely with internal teams and clients to prioritize best-in-class content and standards.

Specific Responsibilities

• Coordinate acquisition, maintenance, and submission of DataMart and PIM content for KOHLER and Sterling brand catalog content for all Home Depot Canada catalog submissions and maintenance.
• Administer processes and procedures for export and submission of content to Home Depot CA retail and wholesale catalog content.
• Administer processes and procedures for export and submission of content from DataMart or PIM for submission to external developers of electronic catalogs, websites, kiosks, and similar applications based on requirements provided by Home Depot CA.
• Conduct continuous site audits for accuracy; proactively identify enhancement while ensuring best-in-class content and standards across Home Depot Canada.
• Serve as the primary contact for Home Depot Canadas eCommerce team, partnering closely with the Brand Advocate for site optimizations.Support team in managing eCommerce site merchandising and digital strategy.
• Support the Retail Media team, ensuring campaigns are enriched with industry-leading content.
• On an as-needed basis, support syndication efforts across other Canadian eTail channels.

Skills/Requirements

• Experience with database management tools (MS Word, MS Excel) and developing simple to medium level of complexity queries and programs to manipulate data into forms and formats required for submission to internal corporate databases and external customer catalog databases is preferred.
• Experience with image editing and manipulation tools (Photoshop).
• Efficient in project management and prioritization, managing multiple projects with a solutions-oriented mindset. Must have solid follow through; ensuring content is published in a timely manner and accurately on etailers websites.
• Must be a strategic thinker, team player, and have good written and oral communication skills.

The hourly range for this position is $17.70 - $22.10. The specific hourly rate offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location. Available benefits include medical, dental, vision & 401k.
