Opportunity

Founded in 1873 and headquartered in Kohler, Wis., Kohler Co. is one of America’s oldest and largest privately held companies. Kohler is a global leader in design and innovation. This opportunity is for the expanding DTC business. This role will manage three separate business models across our store fleet in our Kohler owned program. The highly motivated individual will be responsible for strategy enhancement, process development and daily execution for our Kohler owned stores, tailored to the unique needs of a startup within a legacy company ensuring efficiency and scalability.

Specific Responsibilities

• Responsible for customer experience enhancement through systems, service models, training, and recruitment for all Kohler Owned stores
• A subject matter expert for all policies and procedures
• Ensure that the stores comply with all regulations and safety standards in compliance with the company standards
• Weekly feedback on KPIs and operational strategies
• Manages weekly Kohler Owned Store Operations call
• Organize and manage the store operations calendar for events, installations and new stores to ensure visibility to cross functional teams
• Refine and review the store operations based on customer feedback from associates, customers and market trends
• Store operations owner for Kohler Owned Stores expansion
• Monitor and ensure executions of projects and events in stores
• Collaborate with partners on strategies for Distributor Owned Stores
• Leads by example and enables a customer first focus
