What will this position do?
Reporting to the VP of R&D, the Sensory Scientist will be responsible for designing sensory methodology for product development and new product innovation in Breakfast and Snacks categories. The Sensory Scientist will develop products and conduct sensory testing, analyze the results and provide guidance for best product launch in the market with high consumer acceptability. The ideal candidate will take calculated risks with R&D projects and will be outcome oriented. They will be analytical and have a great sense of attention to details. A successful candidate will be self-aware with the ability to work well with cross functional teams including marketing and insights
