Koddi is Hiring an Account Director Near Fort Worth, TX

Koddi is a fast-growing technology company looking for people who are passionate self-starters. We are searching for an Account Director to lead a team of account managers and digital marketing analysts to strategize and plan for our enterprise travel clients.

As an Account Director, you will own the client relationship and will be responsible for ensuring their success by understanding their needs and driving strategic, high impact growth. You will be responsible for partnering with premier travel brands to create data-based, automated solutions to achieve their greater business objectives. You will leverage our industry-leading technology to manage large scale digital marketing campaigns and examine trends to provide valuable and actionable insights to our clients. This role is key in creating and building team and company culture and owning strategic internal projects and initiatives.

What you will do

  • Own the customer relationship, understand their needs and drive growth
  • Define, refine, and communicate client strategy
  • Be responsible for owning client level profit and loss
  • Drive client growth specifically with new opportunities from new or existing publishers and products with heavy emphasis on automation
  • Provide strategic insights on client calls and written communication
  • Manage the execution team and responsible for their development and career growth
  • Confirm progress and completion of high-level and strategic projects
  • Maintain strong relationships with publishing partners, including ownership of touch points through regular visits, and providing feedback on products
  • Develop and execute testing initiatives
  • Oversee the development of quarterly business reviews (QBRs) for clients, including coaching presentations and leading key conversations
  • Assist with new client onboardings and sales pitches as needed
  • Contribute to team knowledge by researching and sharing info on the industry, competitors, and solutions
  • Share best practices internally
  • Work closely with product and technology to help improve platform experience for our clients and users
What skills and experience you bring
  • 8 years of experience (or related coursework)
  • 3 years of management experience
  • Experience in metasearch, paid search and display
  • Deep understanding of online travel agencies (OTA) and supplier account behavior and trends, including background working with varying sizes of accounts
  • Advanced analytical skill set including the ability to mine data for trends and communicate opportunities effectively with data and visuals
  • Strong management of multipoint communication, with impeccable written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
  • Representation for Koddi at industry events and meetings
  • Ability to work effectively in both independent and team environments
