• Designate job orders and work orders to maintenance and electrical technicians.
• Ensure all job orders and work orders are completed properly and filled.
• You will provide training and professional development, helping your team to optimize their personal performance and growth.
• Assign work orders and follow up to make sure repairs are completed.
• Perform lock out/tag out certifications on equipment.
• Maintain a daily logbook of all jobs performed.
• Check and file all hot work permits, confined space permits, and any other log sheets.
• Verify time sheets and track occasions on maintenance personnel.
• Ensure all areas of plant and maintenance shop are kept clean and orderly.
• Complies with all policies, practices, and procedures.
• Report any unresolved issues to Plant Management.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Plant Management.

• High school diploma/GED or further education.
• Two years' experience in maintenance management.
• Maintenance experience in a production environment.
• Ability to lead, take charge and offer opinions and direction.
• Work well with others, and able to motivate your team.
• Communication and organizational skills to coordinate, supervise, manage, and train others to accomplish maintenance related goals.

• You will be working in a refrigerated Distribution Center facility.
• You’ll need to be able to walk, twist, bend and lift various weights.

Most benefits become effective after 30 days of employment, and you'll be eligible to participate in the 401k savings program after 1 year. Team members must meet eligibility requirements to earn benefits and incentives.
