• You will be responsible for managing the feed mill operations, which will include a scale house, receiving, control room, dispatch, inventory, clerical, purchasing, etc.
• Ensure the quality of the feed product produced and manage efficiencies. 
• You'll implement and enforce all SOP, training and development of team members. 
• You will be responsible for team members complying with company policies, FSMA regulations, and local, state and federal policies, laws and regulations.
• Provide technical knowledge to your team, implementing ways to maximize throughput and performance.
• Mentor, coach, train and cross-train mill members and encourage their career development. 
• Manage and work to improve transportation methods and equipment performance.
• All other relevant duties of the job. 

• Ideally you will have Bachelor Degree in Science related to feed, poultry or other related field of study.
• You must be very experienced in milling, and animal feed operations. 
• To effectively run the mill, you must have leadership, management and interpersonal skills.

• You will work in a poultry feed mill manufacturing facility. 
• You’ll need to be able to walk, twist, bend and lift various weights.

Most benefits become effective after 30 days of employment, and you'll be eligible to participate in the 401k savings program after 1 year. Team members must meet eligibility requirements to earn benefits and incentives.
