That is a 36 hours schedule with accommodation in pay to make it equivalent to 40 hour week *Summary The Quality Technician is an integral part of our Quality team. The Quality Technician must comply with all safety rules and procedures. This position is responsible for ensuring product quality, performing process audits, product inspections, and functional testing as required. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Inspects products for proper dimensions, and assembly according to customer specifications.Perform process audits.Perform problem solving analysis.Perform product layouts.Inspects welds for defects.Inspects material for visual defects.Perform in depth product testing.Develops product checks.Perform containment activities as necessary.Collect and interpret defect data from internal inspections and customer findings.Collect, issue, track, and maintain gages.
