Overview

We are currently looking for an experienced, organized and hands-on Website Manager.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for maintenance and updates of corporate websites
  • Implement content updates accurately and in timely fashion
  • Conduct content audits to eliminate redundant/old information and data
• Information architecture and content migration
• Establish and enforce quality control measures to ensure the delivery of high-quality and technically sound website.
• Manage and renew all domain registrations
• Manage hosting of corporate server via hosting control panel
• Manage agencies to implement structural changes to website
• Provide training support to Sales
• Responsible for DAM (digital asset management) via Salsify
  • Manage the Content Management Coordinator
• Develop and maintain content policies and style guides
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience
• Knowledge of Mac and Windows OS, CSS, HTML 5 and PHP, Adobe Creative Suite, and web design principles
• Experience with WordPress, SquareSpace and Wix, web analytics tools and SEO best practices
• Demonstrated project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of domain registration process
• Proficient with image and multi-media file formats
• Knowledge of Plesk Obsidian a plus

Physical Requirements

• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
• Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds at times

The base compensation range for this job classification is between $65,000 and $80,000. The determination of what a specific employee in this job classification is paid depends on a number of factors, including, but not limited to, prior employment history, job-related skills and qualifications, and length of service.
