Kobo Products, Inc. located in South Plainfield, NJ is seeking a bright, highly-motivated professional to join our team as a Tradeshow/Marketing Coordinator. Willing to train an entry-level candidate.

Job Requirements:

• BA/BS or equivalent 1-3 years of experience in a related field preferred
• Strong Microsoft Office skills required (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint, Teams)
• Excellent written and verbal communication as well as organizational skills required
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator preferred, and video editing and Hootsuite experience a plus
• Ability to multitask to meet deadlines required

Responsibilities Include:

• Coordinate domestic and international cosmetics/personal care tradeshows: (booth space and design, contracts, poster content and design, expenses, supplies, literature, and shipping arrangements)
• Attend tradeshows and other events as necessary
• Coordinate Agent Seminars
• Design posters, literature, invitations, and show formularies with Adobe Illustrator and Microsoft Office
• Create, design, and post content on various social media platforms
• Responsible for advertising, design, and expense tracking, formula and product listings, and press releases
• Coordinate various vendors and items for giveaways
• Review/Edit/Finalize company presentations for all departments
• Present at company meetings
• Work with Management to release new products for promotion
• Assist in execution of digital content such as webinars and podcasts
• Work on special projects as needed
