We are primarily a limited insurance and fee for service practice that has been serving the Bakersfield community for over 40 years!

Compensation is competitive and will be based on previous work experience. CPR license, X-ray certification, and Eaglesoft experience is preferred. Candidates must work well in a fast-paced environment, be reliable, and provide excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare treatment rooms for patient examinations, ensuring cleanliness and proper sterilization of instruments
- Assist the dentist during dental procedures, providing necessary tools and materials
- Take and develop dental x-rays, ensuring high-quality images for accurate diagnosis
- Perform basic dental procedures such as taking impressions, applying sealants, and placing temporary fillings
- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care instructions
- Maintain accurate patient records and update medical documentation using electronic systems such as Eaglesoft
- Adhere to strict infection control protocols and maintain aseptic technique throughout all procedures

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $32.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 per week
