Capital Dental Group is searching for a motivated Dental Treatment Coordinator to join our team. If you have any office experience and are eager to provide excellent customer service, this position is for you!
Job Summary:
Treatment Coordinators work as a team to support Capital Dental Group doctors and patients. This role ensures accurate completion of necessary end of appointment procedure as defined by the essential functions.
Essential Functions:
- Protect patient and employees by adhering to HIPAA protocols
- Complete the present appointments on the schedule
- Walkout treatment patients by posting completed services to the ledger, sending insurance claims with completed notes, collecting patient copays and posting payments to the ledger
- Schedule patients next visit by completing appointment parameters including the indication of the appointment type, attaching the services, and collecting the amounts due in the appointment
- Process insurance verifications
- Enter financial assistant notes
- Chart and call in medications
- Answer incoming phone calls
- Review patients charts for any unscheduled treatment
- Ensure that patient charts are accurate
- Ensure patients have reoccurring hygiene appointments
- Promote the in-house membership plan
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Customer Service experience
- Can thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Team player
Physical Demands:
- Ability to sit up to 10hrs per day
- Ability to communicate up to 10hrs per day
- Repetitive motion (hands, typing)
- Handling (grasping, holding)
- Lifting/Carrying (up to 5lbs)
Schedule:
Tuesday, Thursday - Saturday
Sunday - Tuesday, Thursday
Compensation:
$16.50-$20.00 per hour doe monthly bonus opportunity of up to $800.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.50 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
