JOB DESCRIPTION
Front Desk Specialists are the first point of contact for residents and guests of condominiums and hotels.
They are responsible for providing a welcoming and efficient experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES
● Greet and assist residents and guests
● Check-in and out residents and guests
● Process payments and reservations
● Provide information about the property and its amenities
● Handle resident and guest requests and complaints
● Monitor the security cameras of the property and report any suspicious activity
● Handle administrative tasks as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
● High school diploma or equivalent
● Customer service experience
● Ability to work independently and as part of a team
● Strong communication and interpersonal skills
● Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
● Experience with property management software is a plus
STANDARD OPERATING PROCEDURES
OPENING:
● Arrive at the office at least 5 mins early before opening.
● Office opens at 9 AM
● Check physical mail
● Check voicemails and texts for reservations or residential requests
● Follow up with pending tasks from previous shifts
● Update the calendar and push out work orders to the team
● Update Cabana reservation signs.
GREETING AND ASSISTING RESIDENTS AND GUESTS:
● Checking in and out residents and guests:
● Processing payments and reservations:
● Providing information about the property and its amenities:
● Handling resident and guest requests and complaints:
● Monitoring the security cameras of the property and reporting any suspicious activity:
CLOSING:
● Brief the incoming residential specialist to ensure he/she is caught up for the day.
● Check all texts, voicemails, and emails to ensure the day is caught up.
● Secure computer
● Secure the office door upon leaving.
● Post appropriate door sign
● Take out the trash
● Sweep clean and reset the office for the following day.
● Office closes at 5 PM.
