KO Business Solutions is Hiring a Sales Representative- Property Services Near Addison, IL

KOBusiness Solutions is a professional staffing and consulting firm in theChicagoland area that supports the hiring needs of companies across the nation. Our valued partner that provides construction,reconstruction, landscaping, plumbing, fire/water restoration, and many other services is looking to add an experienced Sales Representative totheir team.

Location: Onsite, Addison,IL

Schedule: Monday - Friday, withoccasional weekends and evening events. Full-time hours.

Salary: $50,000-$70,000 Competitive commission plans.

Job Type: Direct Hire

TheMarketing & Sales Representative will be responsible for driving marketing campaigns,overseeing the client database, and maintaining an active presence at local and regional events including trade shows. A successful applicant will be a highperformer who takes ownership and finds value in providing superior serviceto our clientele.

Primary JobResponsibilities:

  • Understand the competitive advantage of our brands and gain the ability to effectively educateclients and customers about an expansive range of business offerings.
  • Build, maintain, and strengthen client relationships with in-territory contacts and seek to develop newprospects and leads to ensure revenue growth.
  • Successfully convert open leads and referrals provided byinternal parties.
  • Travel to client and prospect sites throughout the assignedterritory to network and manage accounts.
  • Provide and communicate clear and accurate pretesting,scoping of services, and job estimates.
  • Monitor and follow up on assigned or scheduled jobs toensure that customer needs are met.
  • Participate in internal sales meetings to ensure revenuegoals are on target.
  • Prepare business development plans based on pastperformance and growth objectives to meet and/or exceed planned revenue andactivity goals.
  • Develop marketing initiatives and budget to create anannual spending plan.
  • Organize events as a means of executing on set businessdevelopment goals.
  • Perform comparative analyses of revenue, collection, andactivities metrics against established goals.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

  • The Sales Representative must bedetail-oriented and possess strong organizational and communication skills,along with the ability to work effectively with all levels of personnel withinthe organization.
  • Thorough working knowledge of Microsoft Office and familiaritywith Salesforce or similar platform required.
  • Strong process and results driven attitude.
  • Ability to adapt and work with prospects needing a varietyof services across a number of different industries.

MinimumJob Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college degreeor some coursework preferred.
  • A minimum of four to five years of direct sales experience.
  • Familiarity with construction, reconstruction, restoration,plumbing, and/or related services.
  • Ability to successfully pass a background check and drugscreen.
  • Valid driver’s license witha clean driving record.
