Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruitment Specialist to join our team and play a pivotal role in attracting, screening, and hiring exceptional talent for our organization. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the recruitment process, strong sourcing and screening skills, and a proven track record of success in identifying and recruiting top performers.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute strategic recruitment plans: Identify target candidates, develop targeted sourcing strategies, and manage recruitment campaigns.

Source and screen candidates: Utilize multiple sourcing channels (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards, employee referrals) to identify potential candidates. Conduct initial phone screenings and evaluate resumes and cover letters to assess fit for open positions.

Conduct interviews: Schedule and conduct interviews with shortlisted candidates, using a structured interview process to assess technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.

Negotiate and extend offers: Present competitive offers to qualified candidates, negotiate terms and conditions, and provide onboarding support.

Maintain candidate relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing regular updates and feedback.

Collaborate with hiring managers: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs, provide candidate recommendations, and support the selection process.

Track and report recruitment metrics: Collect and analyze recruitment data to track progress, identify areas for improvement, and optimize the recruitment process.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

3 years of experience in recruitment and staffing, with a focus on technical or professional roles.

Strong understanding of the recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders.

Proficient in using recruitment software and tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Applicant Tracking Systems).

Experience with diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives in recruitment.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of urgency and attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
