Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Teacher to join our team. As a Teacher, you will play a crucial role in educating and nurturing students, providing them with a solid foundation for their future. If you have experience working with students and a strong passion for childhood development, we encourage you to apply.
Duties:
- Create and implement lesson plans that align with curriculum objectives
- Provide instruction in various subjects, including Math and other core subjects
- Foster a positive and engaging learning environment
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback on their academic performance
- Utilize effective behavior management techniques to ensure a productive classroom environment
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to develop educational programs and initiatives
- Communicate regularly with parents or guardians regarding student progress and any concerns
- Ensure the safety and well-being of students at all times
- Provide care for toddlers and preschool-aged children as needed
Experience:
- Previous experience working with students in an educational setting
- Knowledge of childhood development principles and best practices
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to effectively manage a classroom and engage students in learning activities
- Familiarity with behavior management strategies
- Understanding of child welfare guidelines and regulations
We offer competitive compensation based on qualifications and experience. This is a full-time position with opportunities for career growth.
