Knoebels is Hiring a Guest Services Manager Near Elysburg, PA
- Share in the task of resolving guest inquires and concerns via phone, email, live chat, contact form, social media private messages/comments, review sites and in person.
- Collect and analyze guest feedback.
- Advise department managers of positive feedback and concerns in a timely manner.
- In partnership with the Guest Relations manager, provide support for the Guest Services locations throughout the amusement park, including the call center.
- Become an expert in company policies and procedures.
- Fulfill online store orders and provide resolution for online purchasing concerns.
- Facilitate all aspects of Hallo-Fun morning activities.
- Participate in the Manager on Duty rotation within the Guest Experiences department.
- Assist department managers with providing customer service training.
- Research opportunities and systems to enhance guest experiences and satisfaction.
- Manage day-to-day Admissions operations for the park season and Joy Through the Grove
- Hire, train & manage the seasonal admissions team.
- Compile daily, weekly and monthly sales report information.
- Track and record weather forecast and crowd data.
- Issue and reconcile all admission windows.
- Design and implement images for the admissions monitors.
- Address guest needs and provide appropriate resolutions.
- Coordinate staffing for Group Sales events that require ride pass redemptions/purchases.
- Maintain stock of admissions product, such as wristbands
- Provide support to the ticketing department manager and team as needed.
| EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE |
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
- Three years of management experience preferred.

- Be highly organized, with strong attention to detail.

- Possess a high degree of integrity, and the ability to problem solve and manage multiple tasks under pressure.
- Be able to interact and maintain strong relationships with enthusiasts, guests and industry professionals with great poise and professionalism.
- Possess the ability to become an expert in Gateway Ticketing Systems as well as several guest feedback platforms.
- Be proficient with numbers, with a strong working knowledge of Excel.

- Be willing to work nights and weekends.
