Responsibilities:

• Develops and maintains modelsrelated to overall business performance and forecast, as well as specificbusiness needs
• Supports the development of thecompany’s annual financial plan (e.g. scenario analysis, top and bottom linetrending, FX impact) and produces materials to update Senior Leadership onprogress 
• Assists in completion ofmonthly forecast, providing variance analysis of forecast to annual plan aswell as prior forecasts
• Provides analyses to supportVP Finance in their preparation for quarterly earnings calls
• Delivers ad hoc analytics toprovide actionable information for corrective and / or business planning purposesto Finance leaders
• Maintains a strong focus onaiding Business Leaders in making value enhancing business decisions

Qualifications:

• 5 years significant financial experience
• Significant budgeting,forecasting and strategic planning experience
• Finance or accounting degree required
• MBA or CPA preferred
• SAP a plus
• Strong communication,organization, interpersonal and analytical/problem solving skills
• Strong process orientationand personal computer skills, especially in developing financial &analytical models
• Ability to work well in ateaming/collaborative environment
