We are seeking a Senior Analyst, FP&A, for our newly formed Renewable and EV Charging Operations & Maintenance (O&M) Business Unit. You will play a critical role in assisting leadership with the financial oversight of 3GW of solar and storage assets and the development of a Supercharging Network for Mercedes EVs. Responsibilities
Specific focus on overseeing the financial health and performance of 3GW of solar and storage assets.
Assist with managing financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and long-term planning for solar and storage assets and the EV Supercharging Network development.
Assist leadership with the preparation of annual financial plans and quarterly forecasts for the solar/storage assets and EV network; analyze variances, identify trends, and provide recommendations for improvements.
Drive financial analysis for both solar/storage assets and EV network.
Partner with the business unit leaders to ensure accurate and timely financial and operational reporting for our solar/storage assets and EV network.
Assist with presentations on financial insights and recommendations to senior management and support strategic initiatives.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA preferred.
2 – 4 years of experience in FP&A.
Experience in the Renewable Energy, Storage, or EV Charging industry a plus.
Strong financial modeling skills and able to translate complex data into meaningful insight into the business.
Experience with process improvement, setting up new financial processes, and systems.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
