• Responsible for the business analysis and planning of all income statement, balance sheet and cash flow components for a highly visible and profitable business unit • Analyze and forecast income statement, balance sheet and cash flow statement • Perform monthly revenue and operating income variance analysis of business performance • Develop annual operating plans, quarterly forecasts, financial outlooks and earnings release packages• Provide analytical support to senior management on key business initiatives to ensure effective financial decisions are being made to support business growth• Create and present monthly financial reviews to senior management • Drive improvement of the finance team to allow more in-depth analytical capability• Drive accountability within segment forecasts• Develop relationships with key functional leaders • Manage a team of 4
