What we will achieve together :

Have responsibility for the management of revenue growth, financial planning and analysis, budgeting, and forecasting activities.

  • Lead and develop a high-performing finance team, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure professional growth and encourage a collaborative work environment.
  • Support completion, review, and submission of various reports within established timelines (budget, forecast, letter-of-month, etc.).
  • Oversee Revenue Growth Management and Commercial Pricing functions.
  • Develop and maintain the company's financial planning processes, including the annual budget and forecast cycle.
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders to gather inputs, validate assumptions, and ensure timely completion plans.
  • Analyze and present financial reports, highlighting trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Complete budget and forecast uploads into the reporting system.
  • Maintain month-end accrual and provision allocations.
  • Build and maintain complex financial models to support scenario analysis.
  • Develop financial metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and track business performance.
  • Provide financial guidance and expertise to cross-functional teams.
  • Assist with developing a robust revenue growth management process for Groupe SEB USA.
  • Collaborate with various departments to align financial goals and objectives with overall company strategy.
  • Identify process improvements and drive efficiencies in financial planning and analysis activities.
  • Implement best practices and innovative techniques to enhance accuracy, timeliness, and effectiveness in financial reporting and analysis.
  • Conduct comprehensive financial analysis to support strategic initiatives, evaluate business performance, and provide insightful recommendations.
  • Provide Profit Calculations for one-time programs.
  • Provide ad-hoc reports as requested by senior leadership or other departments.
  • Assist with completion of budget and forecast packages.
  • Assist with various projects and tasks including, but not limited to annual audits.
  • Assist in providing training to non-financial users.
  • Manage staff (2-4).

Bring your competencies :

  • Bachelor's Degree - Finance or Accounting (MBA a plus).
  • Min. of 10 years' work experience, specifically including financial analysis and reporting in a multi-national for-profit consumer goods organization.
  • Team Management.
  • Deep understanding of financial concepts and a strategic mindset to provide valuable insights and recommendations to drive informed decision-making across the company.
  • Demonstrated credibility and influence with business partners and peers.
  • Strong analytical and reasoning skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to think analytically and strategically, turning complex financial data into meaningful insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Strong PowerPoint skills.
  • Familiarity with SAP - FICO module.
