We are seeking a Project Manager for our Kalamazoo, MI office.

Who You Are:

• We're seeking a go-getter who takes the reins of their own schedule, navigating the demands of the role with initiative and a proactive approach
• Strong customer service skills
• Strong verbal/written communication skills
• An integral part of this role involves travelling to customers sites
• Bilingual a Plus (English / French / Spanish / German / other)

What You Are Accountable For:

• Communicates with US & International customers; ensuring their needs are met
• Will need to have the ability to schedule walkthroughs, work with subcontractors and maintain a schedule
• Going to sites to gather information and sending it back to the team to create drawings
• Works closely with internal departments to ensure drawings are made to standard
• Must be able to embrace the global nature of our work—while you'll need flexibility in your start and end times to accommodate international customers, rest assured that you'll have the autonomy to manage and control your own schedule.
