Friendly reservations agents needed for growing luxury transportation
business established in 1998. With a reputation for excellence, we are
looking for team members to grow with us and lead the industry in
customer support and quality of service

Essential Job Duties
• Obtain and enter accurate and verified reservation
information into our company computer system from phone and email
sources, for both new reservations and updates.
• Follow through with dispatch and affiliates to be sure
coverage is guaranteed and accurate
• Engage with bookers and passengers to provide five star
service, learn about repeat customers and their special needs to be
ready to accommodate in multiple cities worldwide
• Keep track of evolving policies, travel advisories, and
events calendar to prevent booking conflicts
• Learn the KLS fleet, service areas, policies, rate structure for quotes
• Notifies supervisor of any outstanding issues which require
management involvement.
• Promptly notifies management of any orders that appear to be
fraudulent.

Schedule:
• 6-8 hour shift, 3-4 days a week
• Mid-Day shift / Swing shift flexible
• Weekend availability required (Some holidays are our busiest days!)

Experience:
• minimum 2 years Customer service experience

Qualifications

• Knowledge of transportation industry, airports, airlines, and
time zones
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, must be
able to comprehend complicated emails and converse comfortably on the
phone with booking agents, passengers, affiliates, and chauffeurs as
well as management and team members
• Must have a polite phone demeanor; calm, courteous
• Strong attention to detail, and critical thinking skills to
help clients have a seamless experience
• Computer literate, position will require use of specialized
scheduling software (SantaCruz experience preferred) as well as use of
email and cloud software to save and send attachments, and collaborate
with team members

Education:
• High school or Equivalent

• Ability to comfortably be on the phone for long periods of time.
• Must be detail oriented with strong follow through, ability
to accurately take and enter information a must. No detail too small!
• Pleasant telephone voice/manner
• Computer literate with data entry skills.
• Ability to type 50 wpm minimum preferred
• Ability to work effectively with both employees and managers
