Roles & Responsibilities of the Shift Supervisor :
- Product Quality and ingredient variation / adjustments
- Review and Verification of QCPs for completeness and sufficient corrective actions.
- Ensure process accuracy throughout the operational value chain.
- Management of production / dough Schedule
- Labor management / utilization
- Team development
- High level knowledge of all processes (working towards SME)
- Shift Waste and KPI reporting
- Understand and application of Lean tools in problem solving
- Communication with Departmental managers of shift issues RCA and CA
