Roles & Responsibilities of The Process Leader :

• Ensure all GMPs are followed
• Directs and guides operators and team members on proper operating procedures.
• Validate that all production standards are met within assigned area.
• Oversees deployment of training program in work area and assigns dedicated trainers to each new employee on area process.
• Oversees break rotation process of employees throughout work area.
• Ensure all employees in area are working safely. Identify and escalate any issues.
• Subject matter expert for assigned area.
• Identify and reduce waste
• Work closely with Shift Leader on process execution
• Expand job knowledge to other functional areas as necessary.
• Assists shift leader with labor scheduling
